I'm a cake enthusiast from Brighton, Sussex, who loves to make cakes for pleasure as well as for friends, family, and colleagues either as gifts or on request.  I enjoy making small cakes, sponge cakes, and birthday cakes.

 

I have completed a beginners and intermediate course in sugar craft and am also qualified in foundation food hygiene.
